Planned maintenance for St. Mary Redcliffe and Temple
St Mary Redcliffe and Temple Secondary School (SMRT) is a modern and forward thinking establishment. Over the years Hookway has worked closely with both the property team and the staff to help enhance their built assets and plan for the future.
We have enjoyed a long and successful working relationship with the school and have managed a wide range of different building and maintenance projects. This year we will be working on a range of different planned maintenance including;
- replacing ceilings
- adding LED lighting to a 20 year old teaching block
- recovering aged flat roofs
- resurfacing work in the play ground
- replacing large glazed screens
- developing a uniform shop
- building a new administration office
