Experienced property managers

Hookway is experienced in residential property management. We are surveyors to the Diocese of Bristol and have been looking after their portfolio of over 100 houses for many years and we also manage numerous smaller residential portfolios for other organisations. The houses that we manage range from modern dwellings through to listed buildings of local and national significance. We ensure a regular programme of maintenance and repair, and can respond to everything from a leaking roof to complete modernisation as required. 

CDM 2015 regulations 

With the introduction of CDM 2015, domestic property now falls under the regulations. This means that projects requiring more than one trade now require the appointment of a Principal Designer. Hookway is well placed to act as Principal Designer, supporting organisations and individuals in fulfilling their duties and thus ensuring clients meet their legal obligations.
